Preparation

Movement

Transition the ball from side to side, keeping your butt evenly planted as you twist from side to side.

Preparation

Lie on a stability ball with your upper back, neck and head fully supported.

Movement 

Stretch medicine ball behind head as far you comfortably can. repeat


Decline Bench Sit-Up

Preparation

Sit on the bench with your legs resting through the pads

Movement 

Lean back until your back almost touches the bench.

Raise yourself back up, then lower again.


Flutter Kicks

Preparation

Lie flat on your back on a mat with your arms by your sides, and your palms down


Movement 

Lift your heels off the floor and make small rapid up and down scissor like motions with your legs.
