Weights and Cardio Circuit Workout.


Duration: 35 minutes 

Equipment needed: Light-medium set of dumbbells 

Warm-up: 2 minutes

CIRCUIT 1:  

1 minute: Dumbbell chest press

2 minutes: Squat with overhead press

1 minute: Burpees

30 seconds rest

CIRCUIT 2:

1 minute: Bent over dead row

1 minute: Walking lunges

1 minute: Mountain climbers 

30 seconds rest

CIRCUIT 3:

1 minute: Bicep curls

1 minute: Push-up + Tricep push-up

1 minute: Jumping jacks

Repeat circuit 1-3 times

Cool down: 2 minutes walking
